Series 3 will focus on how Mindfulness can help us to cultivate greater awareness and give us the capacity to deal with daily problems and life challenges in a constructive and mindful way.
 
During the series we will explore how we can calm the mind, reduce stress and anxiety, feel more relaxed and happy and train our mind to focus on exactly where we want it to be rather than getting caught up in an endless thought stream.   

You can book for the complete series of 5 classes or individual dates.
